Govt Creating Vacuum In Kashmir, Will Be Filled With Terrorists hwnews.in
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday hit out at the Modi government for detaining former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Farooq Abdullah. He accused the Centre of creating a political vacuum in Jammu and Kashmir by “removing nationalist leaders” like National Conference (NC) chief Farooq Abdullah.
“It’s obvious that the government is trying to remove nationalist leaders like Farooq Abdullah Ji to create a political vacuum in Jammu & Kashmir that will be filled by terrorists. Kashmir can then permanently be used as a political instrument to polarise the rest of India,” he added. He later appealed to the government to release all the nationalist leaders, as soon as possible. The Government should stop creating space for terrorists in Jammu & Kashmir and release all nationalist leaders ASAP”
