After Supreme Court Nod, Ghulam Nabi Azad To Visit Srinagar Today newsnation.in

Breaking News Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad will arrive in Srinagar on Friday in his maiden visit following the abrogation of Jammu and Kashmir’s special status and after three failed attempts in which he was turned back from the airport. Azad will arrive at the Srinagar airport in the afternoon and will meet “daily-wage laborers” in Srinagar, Anantnag, and Baramulla during his four-day trip.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will depart for a week-long visit to the US on Friday. A day later, on Saturday PM Modi along with US President Donald Trump will attend the “Howdy, Modi! Shared Dreams, Bright Futures” mega diaspora event at 6 PM IST. The event is expected to be a gathering of 50,000 people.
