Army Recruitment Rally In Jammu & Kashmir

Despite the security restrictions imposed in the valley…hundreds of young men have turned up for the Army recruitment drive in Jammu and Kashmir. Aged between 17 and 21 years of age…the candidates hail from all parts of the state. Their induction into the Army in such large numbers comes at a time when the special category status has been withdrawn for Jammu & Kashmir and the state has been divided into two union territories.
