Two Hizbul Mujahideen Terrorists Arrested In Ongoing Operation

In a huge success for the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), two terrorists connected to the terror organization Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) have been arrested from the Naranag area of central Kashmir’s Gandarbal district.

Police was looking for these terrorists since September 28, last week, after it received an input that they were hiding in Kashmir following an earlier encounter that had eliminated two terrorists, the sources in Jammu and Kashmir Police told news agency ANI.

Sources in the J&K police said that both the arrested were guides of the terrorists killed earlier in the encounter. “We have also recovered some arms and ammunition from them which includes grenades and AK-47 assault rifle magazines,” said a source.
