RK Mathur After Taking Oath As Ladakh’s First Lt Governor

Radha Krishna Mathur took the oath as the first Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh. After taking the oath, he said that efforts will be made to carry out development work in all areas of the Union Territory. “Development is composite, efforts will be made to carry out development work in all areas. A development package will be made, and education & health will play an important role in it.
