Grenade Attack In Crowded Market Area Of Jammu And Kashmir’s Srinagar; 1 Dead And 13 Injured

Terrorists carried out a grenade attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s summer capital Srinagar on Monday, leaving at least one civilian dead. At least 13 others were injured in the grenade attack. The attack took place in Hari Singh High Street market area on Maulana Azad Road.

The security forces have cordoned off the area and a hunt has been launched for the terrorists.

Eyewitnesses said the grenade was lobbed by the terrorists in the busy market area at around 1:20 pm. Two of the injured are reported to be critical.
