As part of the Swachh Expedition, the Indian Army removed 130 tonnes of solid waste to protect the eco-system of the world’s most dangerous battleground Siachen Glacier. Army officials said that soldiers have determined to get rid of the solid waste in the glacier. He informed that a total of 130.18 tonnes of waste has been disposed of till now.
