In a severe warning to Pakistan, new army chief Manoj Mukund Naravane said Tuesday that India reserves the right to take preventive action against sources of terrorism if the neighboring country does not end state-sponsored terrorism.
In an exclusive interview with PTI, Gen Naravane stated that the army would improve combat capabilities along the China border to be well prepared for any challenge.
