In Jammu and Kashmir, the process of granting Permanent Citizenship Certificate (PRC) and domicile certificate to other categories of people has been expedited. In this, priority is being given to PRC holders. So far, 14.29 lakh domicile certificates have been issued on 18.91 lakh applications.
